Refined Perfection – Updating the Acura ILX for 2017
Now available for Chicagoland, the 2017 Acura ILX boasts a number of major and minor upgrades from the 2016 model – all in the service of perfecting its already stellar design. Drivers from Orland Park to Tinley park will see that this ILX keeps what drivers have come to enjoy about prior versions of the car, but that the 2017 Acura ILX also represents Acura's commitment to always find ways to improve. See for yourself when you cruise through the streets of Naperville and the suburbs in the latest ILX sedan from Acura.
Greater Luxury and Comfort – So You Can Focus on Driving
With active sound control, the new 2017 Acura ILX has been slightly modified to pick up on external, distracting noises and ambient sounds in order to cancel them out. This means the 2017 ILX soothes nerves with a quieter, more peaceful ride, and it enables drivers to focus on the road. The OnDemand multi-use display has been enlarged as well, and the 2017 ILX includes a 7-inch screen – up from the 5-inch display of the 2016 model. The 2017 model also comes with a number of available features, like side sills, red interior lighting accents, and gray contrast stitching.
You Can't Fix What Isn't Broken
Acura has only slightly modified many features of the 2017 Acura ILX so that it will be that much more stylish and that much more customizable. These changes are not upgrades of the 2016 model – they're refinements, fine tunings. Everything that could be tweaked was, but there wasn’t much to improve. Fortunately, this means that almost everything drivers loved about the 2016 Acura ILX is here to stay.
- The 2017 Acura ILX will still have the automatic climate control, which measures the position and heat of the sun to set the temperature without you having to touch anything.
- The 2017 ILX also features the same ELS Studio Premium Audio system, which reproduces studio-quality sound.
