To help make sense of all of this, we’ve put together a guide to all of the colors and options for the interior of the RDX.
Acura RDX Interior Colors
Interior color options vary from one trim level to another, but also from one paint color to another. Trim materials are a little easier, since those are just determined by the trim level, they are as follows:
- Base trim - Ebony Brushed Aluminum
- Technology trim - Silver Brushed Aluminum
- A-Spec & A-Spec Advance trims - Dark Brushed Aluminum
- Advance trim - Open-pore Wood

The base RDX comes with a level of equipment that you would expect to see in a higher trim in a competitor’s vehicle. The base trim provides an excellent luxury experience, but if you’re looking for more, there are options. The A-Spec Package trim gives the cabin a more performance-oriented look, hence the red upholstery option, while the Technology Package and Advance Package deliver more comfort and convenience features. Acura knows that a lot of people won’t want to choose between these two sets of equipment, so the A-Spec Advance Package combines the sporting look of the A-Spec Package with the technology and extra comfort of the Advance Package.
