I am an out of town customer and usually have my vehicle serviced when in town for business. Because of the pandemic, service was by appointment only. You all were able to accommodate me given my situation. A+++ On the customer service!
Everyone was friendly and polite. With the pandemic going on, I felt that all employees should have been wearing mask to protect not only themselves, but others. Also, I feel that more information could have been displayed on the vehicles sales tag, to avoid having to ask thousand questions and that one most important question gets missed.
The sales team provided a quick pressure free sales experience. I appreciate the personal approach. I felt like I was more than just a sale. I will be back for future purchases.
Good service, but the 99% of employees and managers bot wearing masks made me extremely uncomfortable. Surprised since I thought that was a state mandate
