Overall pleased with interaction with Joe Rizza Acura. They were low pressure, honest, and easy to deal with. More transparent set pricing would be good in any dealership model these days but at least Joe Rizza had very competitive pricing it seemed - was able to pick up a nice auto from them that was in tip top shape, but also priced well or better than other options elsewhere too. Will work with again in future if the need arises!
Joe Rizza Acura Service team provided excellent service, as they always do. I was greeted by service attendant when entered the service area and my vehicle was quickly taken in for the oil change. In less than 30 minutes I was promptly notified by Chris that my vehicle was ready to go. I go back there because the customer service at Joe Rizza Acura is always the best!
I got wonderful service at Joe rizza Acura and I highly recommend them. I was buying an Acura car from a dealership nearby that was not an Acura dealership so I wanted to have the car checked out by Joe rizza because they know Acuras. For $150 they gave me a complete check on the car and let me know everything that might need service. it's more than my local Acura dealership would have charged but I was far from home and it was totally worth it for me. The sales person there even drove me to have lunch at a restaurant and then came and picked me up and brought me back. And I wasn't even buying a car from them. They were so kind to this out of town girl I can't say enough!

I always have a good experience. The only complaint that I have is they offer a free wash and vacumn. The wash is subpar and I have yet to ever see evidence of the vacumn being used.
Service was completed in the exact amount of time that was quoted. Everything was explained clearly and there were no surprises at all. I was extremely happy with the way my appointment went.
I brought my MDX in for serving as my parking sensors were malfunctioning. I was regularly informed of the problem and timing to fix. They provided a loaner car as it had to be kept overnight and fixed it for free.
