This is the second Acura we've purchased at Joe Rizza. Our first was an Acura TL. While we looked at other dealerships, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

They are attentive responsive and provides very good customer service. The car buying process was streamlined and efficient. I did have a problem with my touchpad, but they addressed it right away and made sure I was satisfied.

The level of service and added value is exceptional. I’ve owned Acura’s for the last 10 years, there service department is always accommodating and pleasant to deal with. They make it hard to switch to another make of vehicle.

Since bringing our cars to Joe Rizza for service I've been very pleased with the service and work that's been done. Your service team is great. Very attentive, courteous, and helpful. This team always find coupons in your system to make the cost mist affordable. Lastly, they're just good people. I may not have liked our sales experience at Rizza but your service department is "GREAT"!!
