Alyssa Adams was the representative assisting me. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided an amazing customer service experience throughout the entire process. The experience was so amazing I traveled from LA to Il to finalize the deal. I prefer to handle business face to face. There are options available where the process could have been completed and I didn’t have to travel but I preferred to do so. I will definitely choose Joe Rizza Acura in the future!

Highly Professional, technically knowledgeable, friendly & helpful staff (Charlotte Guinta is great!). Took care of the brake problem and the regular maintenance. Had precise recommendation for the brake problem and fixed it. Completed the work on time and kept me informed of the progress while waiting. Comfortable waiting area and easy access to the service staff. Have been servicing my 2008 MDX ever since bought from this dealer as new vehicle. Always provided a 100% satisfactory service. Great job!

At first I was really upset and had some issues with the service department. I voiced my complaints and everything ended up OK. Actually then went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed (issue with lane departure feature and then indicator lights....).

Got car service faster than promised and cleaned. Everyone showed courtesy and friendliness. Everything was clean and neat in the waiting room and restrooms Coffee was excellent as well!

I had my B123 service performed at Joe Rizza Acura recently. It was completed promptly. My vehicle was returned looking like it was well cared for during the service visit. Also got a much better price than my previous service center in the western suburbs.
