They were easy to negotiate with to make my overall price fair. They made trading my old Acura so easy! Thanks again for making my experience a pleasant one!! Just a side note. I had to call about a week after buying the car to ask for assistance as the break lights went on. The alert stated the radar was obstructed to prevent safety features from working. I was not sure what this was all about. I called Joe Rizza and the woman was anything but helpful to problem solve this issue. She gave me no guidance to resolve this issue. I resolved it by my husband doing some online research of the car. Very disappointing encounter with this woman. I would have expected more, at least suggesting to bring it in.
I came by to have my new battery checked, sensor kept coming saying battery was low, and it need charging.After having it checked, sensor needed to be reset. You have the best service employee, everyone has been so nice. I have always gotten great service . Thank you all so much.
The individuals were very professional. They were very considerate and very knowledgeable about my issue. I came to the dealership for an oil change. The service department changed the oil and also rotes my tires. I was in and out quickly.
Denise Manikouras was awesome. She took the time to find the color I wanted even though the color / car was not at the Orland Park location neither did I see it in the brochures or internet.

Excellent customer service! Our time at Rizza Acura was nothing but pleasant. The sales (Tom and Gerard) and finance (Charles and Chris) staff were very respectable and knowledgeable on the product. All my financial questions and need were also well addresses. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and made us feel at home. Vehicle inventory was well stocked with numerous vehicles to compare and choose from. Would definitely return to Joe Rizza Acura and highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a vehicle and have an enjoyable experience!
