I did ask why my tires were not rotated and wipers replaced per the service offer on your web site. Kylie Kerber replied that my RDX did not need either at this time. During her first status update with me she did tell me my 2017 RDX needed new tires but mine is a 2015 RDX. She initially had me and the work order mixed up with another customer. She did tell me when my car was finished that my battery is showing up as needing replacement soon. $194 seems high, so I declined for now so I can shop around a bit. Steve Brooks
Brought the car in to replace a part in the emissions, was promised an hour and a half, and it was almost to the minute. Washed and good to go. No other problems noted! Always very polite and courteous service writers.

This was a great visit to the service department and my first time at Joe Rizza Acura. I purchased my vehicle at another Acura dealer and have always used them for service. This time, I was in the south suburbs and even on a late afternoon, I was able to get my car serviced without an appointment AND Rizza handled my recall. Also, my car was super clean and shiny. Thanks for a pleasant visit because it was a bright spot in a gloomy week!
