The car buying process was very easy, we were only at the dealership for about 2 hours. The people who worked with us (Lg Sears, Alyssa, and Christopher Chojnowski) were very friendly. Friendly service. There is a bit more of the typical car sales pressure than I would expect for a luxury brand, but they were attentive to my questions.
I was not set on a Acura but I had looked at over 20 dealerships with less than positive experiences, when I inquired online about an Acura here at Joe Rizza. I was provided with a courtesy reply indicating the lease price. This price was in fact the price that I paid after having a great test drive and sales experience. This was the ONLY dealer to be up front and fair!

I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. The salesman, Gerard, was very relaxed and easy to talk to, and didn't push about financing, cost, or trade-in. This was totally different from my three previous experiences, each at a different dealership. Omar was very helpful in understanding the finance and flexibility, and advised on needs based on my vehicle for the future (warranties, GAP, etc.) without pushing those. Omar was knowledgeable and personable; a definite asset. They truly look out for you as a customer, rather than another wallet. The internet sales contact, Alyssa, was a sweetheart and very attentive and prompt. She was a pleasure to meet in person! For my first car purchase, I could not have dreamed of a better experience or result. Thank you for my making my JKU dream come true!
