At first I was really upset and had some issues with the service department. I voiced my complaints and everything ended up OK. Actually then went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed (issue with lane departure feature and then indicator lights....).
The service Representatives kept me informed on what was going on with my car. I was there for a short of time which made my day. I was able to go ahead and do my running around.
I had an appointment at 8:30 for a front transfer case change and the car was ready and washed by 9 am. This was well within my expectation.

I had my B123 service performed at Joe Rizza Acura recently. It was completed promptly. My vehicle was returned looking like it was well cared for during the service visit. Also got a much better price than my previous service center in the western suburbs.
