Im not sure what I was expecting, but the service was great and efficient from the moment I pulled my car into the service dept, until I left. No hassle, no fuss, everyone was very polite and the waiting room was very welcoming and comfortable....AND you had Starbucks coffee!! Wow... 🙂

Rizza Acura in Orland was very efficient and courteous. The agent asked specific questions to have me realize I needed a two truck. The car was fixed within the hour.

Chris Scott never pressured me and even though it took me a some time to make up my mind he always treated me the same. He not a slick fast talking salesman. His customer service is 5 star. I've been happy with my new car. I'm looking forward to long business at Joe Rizza Acura. I enjoy working with Chris.
I liked Joe Rizza Acura. I feel they didn’t try and add extras that shouldn’t have been added like in other Acura dealer and then try and lower that when it shouldn’t have been there in the first place. They were friendly and explained everything very well. I would definitely recommend this Acura dealer.
