THE GENERAL MANAGER ACTUALLY SAT DOWN WITH US AND WALKED US THRU PAPERWORK, THEN THE SALESMAN LG WENT THRU OTHER DOCUMENTS. EVERYONE WORKED WITH US AND WE WERE EMPRESSED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.
I liked the "laid back" approach of the sales person; she said what she needed to say about the product(s) and obtain the information she needed for her records; but there was no pressure. She was very professional personable and knowledgeable regarding the Acura brand and products. I definitely recommend Denise as your sales professional ; this was the best car buying experience I've had and I have bought many new cars in the past.
